 KABIR JAFFE is a pioneer
of the emerging Science of Consciousness and Energy. He is the founder and
President of the Essence Training Institute and The International
University of Consciousness & Inner Sciences (IUCIS). A psychologist
with extensive training in Humanistic and Transpersonal therapy, he has 30
years experience in therapy and meditation, and has spent 18 years in
India exploring the inner mysteries. He has been training therapists group
leaders, healers and teachers since 1982.

 Ritama Davidson
has a
graduate degree in dance and had a career as a professional dancer and
choreographer. She is a licensed shiatsu and massage therapist and has had
15 years of private practice in body / energy therapy. Ritama has a unique
ability to read energy and communicate it in a down to earth form. She is the co-founder of the Essence Training Institute and the IUCIS and has been an international teacher and group leader for the past eight years.

The Essence Training Institute is an affiliate of the

The Essence Training Institute and the IUCIS offer
a comprehensive range of self-development programs and professional
trainings for working with others. these includes Essence training,
an inner development program, the Group Leaders Training the
Energetic Coaching Training. Essence Training Business and various
short programs.
Essence Training, the core program of the
Institute, is a dynamic self-development training based on energy
and the energy centers. It is designed to help you discover your
essential nature, get to the root of problems, open your vision and
lift your consciousness. it is offered in a series of 5-day
seminars. Themes include-opening the heart and intimacy the Higher
Self, instincts and evolution, healing our inner child and family
past, Sub-personalities, power and shame, self-expression and living
your truth.
Depending upon your past growth experience some
of these seminars may be recommended or in some cases required to
participate in the ETT. |

REQUIREMENTS
The ETT is for people who
have already done substantial inner work or who are willing to do
this type of work during the training. The teachings will be at a
high level. Depending upon your personal experience, additional
studies may be required before each segment. Details in application
form and orientation talk. Graduation of the ETT will be based upon
demonstrated proficiency. |

COMMITMENTS
The ETT is designed to be
taken in its entirety. Enrollment includes participating in all 12
weeks of the training, as well as completion of the required
homework and readings. |
